Drawing on my years of experience as a therapist, teacher, wife, mother, and Christian, I strive to help people create healthy relationships, manage stress, cope with grief, overcome anxiety, trauma and depression as well as achieve personal, career and spiritual growth. I have worked as a therapist and/or teacher at several schools and universities.
